Hi all!

The weather is great, it's a beautiful city and it's even prettier when you're running!

Everyone's welcome in our group - general pace is about 10,5k/hour. Some run about 10k/hour, and about 8 kms. Some of us run faster, some are training for ultra runs. Fear not: we start in the Vondelpark so you won't get lost. Plus it means you can build up your speed/fitness level if needed. So if you're worried you can't keep up: just come around and give it a go. We never leave you wondering where to go!

Where we meet: in front of Vondel CS, Vondelpark 3 gives an odd location on Google Maps, so please click on this link to be sure: where we meet. The Vondelpark entrance opposite the Vondelkerk is thus close, you can already see us from there. We're right next to that little pink statue.

Where we go: As we start in the Vondelpark, you can choose to do the shortest lap: 3.3km. The group's first lap could be Vondelpark-Rembrandtpark-Vondelpark, or towards the Olympic Stadium. Depending on who's attending, we'll do one or two more laps after that, or a 800 meter extension, or you just join the ultra runners... We tend to have two groups these days, some do about 8,5kms, some closer to 13.


If you'd like to stay for a drink afterwards (at the Blauwe Theehuis), bring some coins, as it's not included :)
