This Wed, our topic will be how to live with even-mindedness. Which is to say how to feel free within and not be dependent on outside persons, places, or things to make or break our inner joy- it's a powerful and essential yogic topic.

Paramhansa Yoganada once said "To seek happiness outside ourselves is like trying to lasso a cloud. Happiness is not a thing: It is a state of mind. It must be lived." This week, we will focus on how meditation can strengthen our sense of feeling calm and centered, regardless of outer circumstances. Personally, this topic never gets old- and practicing even-mindedness, while certainly a challenge, is not only well worth the effort, it's essential for true inner freedom from the ups and downs of the "merry-go-round" of life.
Hope you can join us this Wed and here's the link!smile
