We have a very powerful, transformative, and yes, healing
topic for discussion and meditation this coming Wed:
how meditation and yogic lifestyle can truly allow us to joyfully "move on" and let go of unnecessary suffering of past and present hurts that seem to be caused by others, life, or even our own previous life choices.
In my own experience, this has been one of the "magnets" that keeps me meditating: I like feeling lighter, brighter,
and freer in my day regardless of what's going on around me. Meditation and the teachings of yoga are the priceless "oil" that allows my inner/outer life to keep flowing these days and not get "stuck" in resentment.
If this sounds at all appealing to you, I hope to see you this coming Wed. We have a wonderful group of meditators and the vibe is extremely supportive. If you haven't had a chance to visit yet, or you got busy with other
