Mathew is generous with his time and know-how. He's a good instructor who did well with a class who mostly came with fewer skills than he requested. I had a good time and felt encouraged to make more drawings after the class was over.

By my count, we have 24 people signed up! Wow. I'm in big trouble, Ha Ha Ha
Hi. After following the link to Alaska Creative Woodworkers and clicking on the poster or link to the syllabus for sketchup 102 I end up at the account login page for BlueHost. I don't have an account with them and I don't want to get a web hosting account. Is there a club sign in or password? Am I missing something? How do I download / print or look at the syllabus?

you can subscribe to our website, but that's not really a very convenient option. Sorry for the trouble. I thought I had nailed a solution to the problem. But it didn't work. Email me: [masked]

It looks like I have tried and failed to post the syllabus on our website. I've tried several ways, nothing works. I have no idea how to get you guys the document unless you send me an email. An email from your email account to mine. Not through the meetup site. My address is: [masked] email me and I'll send the syllabus to you. I wish there was a better way.
Still out of town.
I have posted a syllabus for the course at the link above. Please take a look at it before class.
Does anyone have a 3d color printer that I can do a test print on before the class? Just something small. I want to work out how to do it from a SketchUp model.

Looks like we are getting a good showing so far. If you have not done so already, please check out the link to the woodworking site. There's more info on the class. I am preparing some handouts. As we get closer, I'll email those out. I want to emphasize that participants be prepared for the class. You need to having a working copy of SketchUp on your computer. I am glad to help anyone out that might need some assistance. I'm not worried about which version you have, so long as it works.
