Pink Cheeks is open to all ages and ability levels. The race consists of a 5K run, 10K bike and 600 yd pool swim in that order. Sign up as a team or compete as a solo in this popular Seward event. Race terrain includes city streets, gravel roads and inclines as you run and bike through the city limits. Save your strength for the swim (12 laps) in the High School pool. Check out the course on our website (when becomes available). Early swim times are available prior to race, must be able to swim 12 laps in 15min or under. Race is open to first paid participants. NO same-day registrations, no exceptions. Reserve your spot today! Online registration only. Call 224-4054 if you have any problems and we can walk you through it. Completed registration form and payment must be received no later than the Wed, April 30th before race. There are no refunds. Race begins with run @ 11:00am. Bikers: Bike stands are required. The bike queue is not supervised. Helmets are required for bike portion. Failure to use a helmet will result in a disqualification. No flippers or snorkels in the pool. No spectators in the pool area. No iPods or any other musical or in-ear devices, for safety purposes. Florescent DOT safety vests (or similar) are strongly recommended. Please leave pets at home or in vehicles. NO strollers or trailers with children in the race chute as this is a safety hazard. NOTICE: If you need to cancel (scratch) during the race, PLEASE inform the registration table or a race official. Teams: All teams must have three different members. A team competitor may compete on only one team and in only one leg of the race. Soloists must be at least age 13 and older. Kids 12 and under need to be on a team.
