These trails were built with mountain bikers in mind, but are open to everyone, and a LOT of fun to run. There are a dozen or so miles of these quick-turning single tracks throughout Kincaid.
The faster we go, the more thrilling these trails are. If you want to test it out, and have no problem running at least a 10 minute mile over 5 miles, come give it a try!
Warning: there are plenty of roots. There are lots of moose. The chance of falling is significantly higher than any other type of running you'll ever do. Please keep in mind: we will be competing with the mountain bikers, and the single track is only wide enough for one, so bringing your dog is not a good idea, and we'll need to constantly be on the lookout for bikers so we can get kindly move out of the way for them.
This is also very weather-dependent, so if it's muddy, we don't want to ruin the trails by running on them. If so, we'll change the course up and run on the other Kincaid trails.
