Global Android DevCamp 17-19 Feb

How about a 48 hr Android hackathon to get the year started !!

20 Sydney developers will be able to participate in this global event so secure your place now. It should be lots of fun.

Google Sydney is hosting the event. Don’t bring your sleeping bags though because we only have daylight access over the weekend. You can hack-on through the night in your PJs and then return to the Google offices during the day. We appreciate Googlers giving up their weekend to support this event.

Organised locally by Sydney GTUG and Australian Android User Group.

Schedule (1st Update : subject to change) :

  • Friday 17 Feb - 7pm 9pm : Welcome and project sign-up, official start.
  • Saturday 18 Feb - 10am - 6pm : Day 1 hacking
  • Sunday 19 Feb - 10am - 6pm : Day 2, Project presentations. 6pm close.

    It was fun to be part of this event, I appreciate the organization and people putting his weekend time to collaborate with this.
    It was fun to have a productive weekend learning about Android, and was good to have people willing to help all the time
    I was expecting a little more interaction with others groups around the world or something like a couple of 1 hour talks or hangouts about a particular topic where you can join if you are interested or keep working if you are not.
