The Launch Pad at Terremark (map)
Bruce Jones and Lance Nanek, Developer Evangelists at HTC, will be coming to tell us about the new version of HTC's Opensense SDK, which has just been released. Come learn how HTCdev can expand your market reach and what APIs and opportunities are available from HTC.
Imagine the possibilities; be amongst the first to invent apps and games using the new OpenSense SDK APIs – including Stereoscopic 3D, Scribe/Pen, and more. Learn how to develop apps using one code base. Android compatibility techniques and best practices will be reviewed and demonstrated.
We will be giving away 2 HTC Flyer 7” tablets with HTC Scribe pen technology, courtesy of HTC, as well as 2 copies of O'Reilly's Learning Android, courtesy of Marakana, Inc.

Great event. Thanks for getting the information out. I can't wait to see what else this groups puts together.
Tell me this whats a good app for clearing memory/free up memory on htc desire hd phone?
Probably something like; https://market.android.com/details?id=com.greatbytes.fastr...![]()
but I'm not sure you really need things to clear memory. Android's GC will sort it out itself when needed/in time.
Is this open to the public, and are there any fees for admission?
