Getting Started with AngularJS

This is the kick-off meetup session. The focus will be to get to know each other and present AngularJS as a “ Client-side MVC on steroids” framework for building rich, interactive CRUD apps. The presentation will talk through why some of us chose AngularJS over other contemporary MVC frameworks, some of the foundational concepts / constructs of AngularJS, and a walk-through setting up a Angular project using the bootstrap project or yeoman.

The meetup is being held at Hypepotamus, a co-nnection space targeted at bringing coders, designers and entrepreneurs together to boost the startup community in Atlanta. The day of this meetup, Hypepotamus will also be hosting the Atlanta Startup Village starting at 7:00. This is a fabulous series of events that every local entrepreneurial aspirer should attend!
