We have a great lineup for this meetup starting off with the most thrilling thing that Angular 2.0 is bringing to the way we work.

Introduction to TypeScript - Remo H. Jansen

Remo will be giving us the basics on TypeScript, and how it allows us to write cleaner code, be more productive, and overall manage software complexity more efficiently.

Remo H. Jansen is a web engineer at the Aon Centre for Innovation and Analytics, open-source contributor, author of "Learning TypeScript" by Packt Publishing and organiser of the Dublin TypeScript meetup (https://www.meetup.com/Dublin-TypeScript-Meetup/). You can find him on http://www.remojansen.com/

Angular-CLI present and future - Filipe Silva

Filipe will be talking to us about what Angular-CLI (https://github.com/angular/angular-cli) can do, and what people can expect from it in the future.

Filipe Silva is a Senior Frontent Engineer who works for KonnectAgain (https://www.konnectagain.com/), on the official Angular-CLI (https://github.com/angular/angular-cli) and Angular.io (https://github.com/angular/angular.io) projects for Angular 2.0. You can find him on https://www.linkedin.com/in/filipematossilva

Be smart, Protract yourself - Aleksandar Ristić

After successfully testing numerous AngularJS applications using Protractor over the past couple of years, Aleksandar will be sharing some best practices and "gotchas" he has discovered along the way, including how this tool can bridge the gap between development and testing teams.

Aleksandar Ristić has over 15 years of testing experience at Comtrade company. He has extensive Automated and Manual testing experience with several projects across various industries (storage, telco, gaming, education). His specialties include Mercury’s Quick Test Pro (QTP), Test Complete, Rational XDE Tester, Selenium, Watir, Sikuli, SOAP UI and Protractor, as well as QA in gaming. You can find him on https://linkedin.com/in/aleksandarr

Please note - for security reasons Google requires us to provide full names of all meetup attendees. In case you don’t use your full name on the Meetup Website - be sure to provide us with a name in the registration form.

We would like to say big thanks to the guys at Google for taking care of everything and helping us with booking of the Foundry!
