Please check out this important information about cruel and deadly experiments conducted on animals in undergraduate courses at the University of Colorado-Boulder (CU-Boulder).
PETA has learned through records obtained from the university that in the school's biology classes, frogs have their heads cut off and their muscles and nerves removed in crude physiology experiments. In cruel psychology experiments, students force rats to swim to the point of exhaustion and despair in water mazes. In other barbaric experiments, live rats have their hearts removed so that students can apply various drugs and study the reaction, and students place fish in tanks and then add "intruder" fish and watch them fight.
Please take a moment of your time to contact CU-Boulder Provost and Executive Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs Russell Moore and politely ask him to replace the school's cruel and deadly classroom experiments on rats, frogs, and fish with humane, non-animal teaching methods.
