World Wide Vegan Bake Sale
and Tabling Event!
We have been invited by Mojo Books & Music to host a Vegan Bake Sale and hand out Animal Welfare information at their Record Store Day event.
The FVA recently purchased some humane traps for the purpose of TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) for feral cats so we have decided that a bake sale is the perfect way to raise money for this cause.
We are looking for the following help:
- volunteers to donate baked goods.
- a few volunteers to help at the table.
- or you can donate money towards baked good supplies. Email amber at [masked] for information on how to make a donation for this.
- or just come hang out, have some yummy baked goods, and have fun at Record Store Day!

The Bake Sale will be from 9:00 am
until we sell out!
with setup between 8:30 - 9am(ish)

thanks Alvaro! we already have the napkins and such... i cant think of anything else right now, but my brain is kinda toast for baking overload.

The Bake Sale was absolutely AMAZING - I was truly impressed by the love and care that was so apparent in the huge assortment of baked goods; and even more amazing was the kindness of persons who put it all together.

What a fantastic day! Our volunteers were wonderful, the donated goodies were amazing, and the people at Mojo couldn't have been kinder or more welcoming. Things came together so well, and the sight of music fans drinking PBR while eating cupcakes, reading our literature, and listening to great live music did my heart good.

What a wonderful group of people! You all did an amazing job today. The range of vegan goodies was outstanding. They advocacy with customers was informed and friendly. The staff at Mojo was fabulous, and importantly, the kitties made out well. Kudos to Amanda, Amber, and Lisa, especially, for all the great work you did to make this a success!
