The Dance and the Dawn at U-Con

Details
"Six sad and beautiful Ladies: they have lost their hearts. Six handsome Lords: their hearts have frozen over. A melancholy Duke, a cruel Queen, a haughty Prince: they preside over this midnight ball on the lonely Isle of Ice. The Ladies seek True Love among the strange and terrible Lords, but time is short; the dance ends with the Dawn... "
What: Dance and the Dawn, a live-action RPG.
Where: U-Con 2010, the Michigan Union, Ann Arbor.
When: Saturday, November 13th, 7pm. (The LARP will last about 4 hours.)
Who: 13 players, 2 NPCs, and up to 3 assistants.
This LARP was inspired by an RPG of the same name. (The RPG, which got nominated for a 2009 Indy RPG award, was written by Dev Purkayathsa. The LARP was written by Warren Tusk.) It's definitely one of my favorite games.
(Note: in order to play, you'll have to register for U-Con, which costs about $15. That said, U-Con is pretty awesome, so it works out. In any case, you should feel free to sign up here, and I'll save you a spot in the game, but if you do, make sure to register for the event on the convention website also.)
