This group is for musicians, songwriters, lyricists, bands, vocalists, DJs, sound engineers, music producers, music teachers, music students, music industry people, fans and friends. This group is for music pros, amateurs, beginners, and anyone who wants to hang out and meet some talented people in Ann Arbor.

The purpose of this group is to gather people together with the same interests (The Music Industry) for socializing, networking and collaborating.

We will have:
1. Regular meetings - so people can socialize and share knowledge, experiences, and their talents.
2. Jam sessions - kind of like open mic nights, where anyone can pick up an instrument or sing along, and join in a fun jam session.
3. Showcases - for musicians/bands who want to perform their music, or showcase their talent.
4. Social outings to see live music in and around Ann Arbor.
