Debugging Python Code

We will be following our new format: 15 minutes of learning followed by about 45 minutes of collaborative coding and fun! Come check it out. Our speaker for this meeting is Deanne Lundin.

Meetup Details:

Learn to love your bugs! Not only is it inevitable that you write bugs (everyone does) but those bugs and their error messages are what teach you how to be a better programmer...ifyou know how to get (and read!) those messages.  So we'll be looking at some buggy code and learning the debugging process with an overview of terms, tools, strategies, and some great resources. After a quick tour it will be hands on.

* Those who RSVP "yes" will also get a 3-question challenge before the meetup to get us pumped.  Flex that code, girl!

You were the best group! A nice mix of experience with a common sense of how fun it is to solve problems via programming. Go become great debuggers and you'll be welcome anywhere ;)

First time attending this meetup. As someone who doesnt have a lot of python skills, I found everyone to be very friendly and accomodating at the same time. Thanks for organizing this event, will definitely show up again next time as long as schedule accomodates. Keep it up!
