Free Yoga class at Golden Heart Yoga

Golden Heart Yoga is having a free community yoga class on Saturday November 19th at 1:30PM taught by one of their recent teacher graduats. Namaste.

Let's all meet in their Lobby at 1:15 right before class. Golden Heart has two yoga studio rooms, our class will be in the large one. If you don't have a mat, they supply mats and all props for free and have a large supply.
