The film is based on the novel by Michael Crichton and in case you been living under a rock or never heard of the movie before, here's what the plot is about:
John Hammond is the billionaire and CEO of InGen Corporations. John creates a theme park where dinosaurs are brought back to life by cloning, using DNA extracted from insects preserved from prehistoric amber. However, when a park worker gets killed by a Velociraptor, Hammond's investors, including a lawyer named Donald Gennaro, demanded that experts come to the park and to certify that the park is safe for tourists.
Later on, Hammond invites 2 paleontologists Dr. Alan Grant and Ellie Sattler, mathematician Ian Malcolm and the lawyer Donald Gennaro to visit the park and their grandchildren, Tim and Lex Murphy, to join them along. At the park, they are amazed on the technology that can bring back the dinosaurs but they are still concerned about the consequences on bringing dinosaurs to the 20th century since the dinosaurs were meant to be extinct a long time ago cause that's what mother nature intended it to be.
Then sh*t hits the fan when the power goes out and everything in Jurassic Park gets shutdown thanks to a hacker named Nedry, who's a corporate InGen rival to steal the dino embryos from the lab, and every dinosaur on the island is set loose. Now it's a fight for survival as Grant and the others must survive the island from dangerous Velociraptors and a T-Rex to escape the island with their lives.
