Team building challenges in App Development

Location: Waltham Public Library lecture room (follow the signs).

It takes a solid team to create a solid successful mobile app. The purpose of this meetup is to discuss challenges in finding the right team and keeping them motivated beyond a good monetary compensation.

This is a casual meetup with no rigid structure.
