Intro to BuddyPress w/ Boone!

BuddyPress is a free plugin that adds social features to your WordPress site. Boone Gorges, lead developer for BuddyPress (and Appleton native!), will introduce BP and its various uses. We'll have a look at a number of real sites using BuddyPress in interesting ways. We'll walk through some of BP's native features, and how it can be extended with other plugins. And we'll discuss how BP's modularity make it akin to a social library for WordPress developers.

UPDATE: Due to weather conditions (mucho snow) in New York Boone wont be able to make it to our meetup. We're still going to have the meetup but we'll have an informal meeting.
