Our group is one of a kind. We are full time real estate investors who started teaching classes on real estate investing based upon demand at local real estate clubs. Our promise to you is this...you will always learn from a REAL real estate investor, never a "trained seminar speaker."

We have been investing in NJ, NY & PA for the last 5 years and have a tremendous amount of experience with pre-foreclosure investments, buying and holding, short sales, absolute assignment of rights.
