Arabic Conversation and Games

Details
Hala ya shabab,
Our Conversation Group focuses on Arabic conversation and learning through informal interaction and games/activities.
All levels and dialects are welcome - everyone is welcome and can participate!
Beginners can learn and practice basic phrases and greetings and listen to conversations in a variety of Arabic dialects. Intermediate speakers can learn from those who are more advanced and can also help the beginners. Native speakers can share their knowledge, participate in conversations, and enjoy playing games with others who are enthusiastic about learning their language. Basic greeting sheets and activity guides are available for anyone who chooses to use them. They are typically written in Arabic and English, with the pronunciation spelled out in English so that everyone can participate.
Sometimes it is necessary to use English, but we make an effort to converse mainly in Arabic. If you'd like to know how to say something in Arabic, you can ask 'Kayfa nakul (English word)?'
The best way to learn is to try - don't be shy! We are all here to learn, share and encourage each other. Give it a try!
ma3salaama,
Christine
