What we’re about
Arizona Outdoors Activity Group Inc. was founded in September 2010. This group is for everyone and anyone interested in enjoying the great outdoors. We have singles, married couples, the very young and the very old. We even have dogs and children. It does not matter if you are an avid outdoors person or have never stepped foot into the wilderness.
This group will also help you to find and try out equipment that maybe you have always wanted to try such as kayaking, or backpacking before you go out and buy anything.
We love to explore this amazing state we call Arizona. We offer camping, quading, hiking, kayaking, back-packing, gold panning, geocaching, fishing, nature watching and much, much more. So please take time and look at some pictures from past events and we look forward to getting to know you and or your family.
We do ask for that each member chip $10.00 per year. Funding is used to promote responsible outdoor activities, pay for the web site, Tarps, tables, plates and dinnerware.
We also do events for children with terminal illnesses like this young man who we surprised with a day of fishing before he started treatment for cancer
