In this Meditation Workshop, we will have the opportunity to:

• Sit upright in a chair, to learn and practice some basic meditation techniques.

• Share your experience out-loud, if you choose, a couple times during this session.

• Mostly, quietly enjoy letting go and experiencing your inner world.

This is a quick, free taste of working with Ascended Masters.

• Wendy will present approx 4pm, for approx 45 min

• at the Samhain Intuitive Arts and Magic Festival - which goes from noon-6pm, donation $5 to enter.
