A Community of people interested in Alternative Health to talk about homeopathic remedies, holistic healing, and prevention of disease through healthy living, proper eating habits, and toxin-free personal care.

Ashevilles Alternative Health Community encompasses every part of life, including the foods we eat and nutritional supplements, the types of products we use for personal care and household cleaning, our thought processes, emotions and spirituality. There are many facets of Alternative Health that we all agree on, and there are many facets where people have widely varying opinions and beliefs.

Each of us is at a different stage of Healthy Living, and each of us has our own personal health goals. Each of us is quite passionate about our opinions and beliefs, and we have an earnest desire to enlighten others. Let us focus on learning and growing, and let us at the same time allow one another the basic right to individual opinions and beliefs without condemnation.
