Who Asian Groupting is for: 

All Asians 20s and 30s that want break out of his or her boring, stale, daily routine and try something adventurous, learn new activities and skills, explore unfamiliar and exciting areas, and experience a variety of popular and hidden restaurants with OTHER ASIANS! And you do all this FOR FREE with a group of other Asians that you can socialize, network, and connect to make lasting friendships and maybe more! 

What Fun and Memorable Events Asian Groupting has engaged in since inception: 

  • Dined at restaurants from all over Los Angeles, Los Angeles counties, and Orange County and experienced food of all ethnicities including Korean, Cantonese, and Salvodorean food
  • Hiking through various trails for a good workout
  • Singing with conviction at Korean and Chinese Karaokes
  • Drinking and socializing at various bars and lounges
  • Dancing and singing at Asian night clubs
  • Weekend trips to Las Vegas and Catalina Island  
  • Hip Hop Dance Workshop with World Famous Korean Hip Hop Group
  • Learning how to play golf and racketball
  • Beach BBQ and Bondfire
  • Watching popular and cultural movies
  • Doing volunteer community service

This is for all the Asian American Adults and Professionals in Los Angeles and Orange County who would like to build a closer community and to develop meaningful connections with each across cities and all Asian communities. The goal is to go beyond just networking and making acquaintances with new people that share similar culture. Every event will be a chance to share a bonding experience and make lasting friends.

I am starting occasional dinners and fun social activities to give busy Asian Professionals a place to hang out and expand your social circle by networking with new people.

The group meetings will be limited to between 8-12 members - half men and half women. First round will be over dinner or coffee for everyone to get to know each other and enjoy each other's conversation. If the atmosphere is good, than second round will be over fun activites, karaoke, club, bars, etc. There is no shortage of fun places in Asian areas and downtown area to make connections with new people.

The mission of this group is to allow fellow Asian Professionals to get plugged into the Los Angeles Asian scene and provide an opportunity to establish meaningful connections within the local Asian community and across all Asian cultures.

Although born out of KTown where many events have been organized, the location of the group meetings will be from Los Angeles to Orange County.

I look forward to everyone in the community and local area connecting and meeting some great people.

      Once again we are doing private games to keep things more relaxed and fun, although you will be running around and hiding behind covers for plenty of exercise! Of course your admission also includes engaging with the general population so feel free to go in and out as you like. The sweet thing about doing private games also is that we get our own tent to take breaks and to store your things. You'll really come to appreciate our own reserved area to avoid the crowd and noise of random strangers.
