Hi all,

I'm confident in saying that we have had a great start this spring with some fascinating events at Treadwell's new bookshop in Bloomsbury, London, where we have been made very welcome.

Already this looks like an exciting year ahead for our group. I'll be planning social events through the summer with a return to workshops at Treadwell's in the Autumn. Please keep your eyes posted for new events and as always keep the suggestions coming in.

Many of you have asked if I will be running any practical workshops. I'm adding this to give you a real opportunity to learn, experience and explore out-of-body work. This will be an intimate workshop for up to 20 people. Expect this to be a great evening to be had. There are no pre-requisites, all I ask is for each of us to keep an open mind an expect the unexpected!

6:30pm relaxed meet and greet 7:00pm formal start 8:00pm tea break 9:00pm formal end 9:30pm farewells We will have a hard working schedule which will definitely keep you busy: the core of the evening will be guided practice sessions, starting with a really peaceful deep relaxation, followed by focused awareness exercises and 1st OOBE practice session. We will complete the evening with deeper awareness, OOBE practise and synthesis with recommended practice and reading.

Note: two free workshop places are up for grabs for volunteers with event experience. What is required is a commitment for the whole evening (6pm-10pm), by helping out with activities and looking after members of the group. Please contact me initially by email with experience etc.
