Wine Tasting & Heavy Hors d'Oeurves at Cafe Intermezzo

Join us as we join the Georgia Adventure Group (GAG) and about 10 other Meetup groups. Thanks to Larry from GAG for organizing this multi-Meetup.

Fall is here and a wine tasting on the patio at Cafe Intermezzo, Perimeter is what is needed. :-)

The last wine tasting meetup had over 70 Members and their Guests, most of whom were new to the event. Our Meetups are not cliquish, can't be, because 60%-70% of the folks who come out are new or still feel new to Meetup.

The Wine Event starts at 6 pm, wine pours and socializing begins at 6 pm, the food is put out at 6:30 pm. It is perfectly fine to get there 7-7:30!

The cost of the Wine Tasting/Hors d'oeurves/Tax & Gratuity are all included in the $25 Special Meetup Member price. Cash or Credit accepted at the door.

If you know Cafe Intermezzo, the food buffet alone is worth the $25. Different wine and food selections are offered at each event, to the discretion of Cafe Intermezzo. They never disappoint.

You will receive a Name tag, a Wristband and (6) drink tickets when you sign in! Each ticket gets you a 2 oz. glass of wine of your choice, six different choices or enjoy the same wine 6 times if you prefer that!

If you are not a wine drinker you can order any of the non-alcoholic drinks with 2 tickets per drink, prior to 9 pm. To be clear, you either can use your 6 tickets for wine OR if you do not drink wine at all, you can use your tickets for a non-alcoholic drink. NO Drink tickets cannot be used after 9pm.

It is a terrific patio event, and there will be great bunch of people who will come out, as always! If raining, Cafe Intermezzo encloses the patio.

Cafe intermezzo has a large enclosed patio with heaters, (if needed.) and an Inside Loggia area all to ourselves. Summer and/or Fall makes for a beautiful evening on their classy patio!

If you do not drink wine at all, you can offer your tickets to others, (what a way to meet people)?! :-) :-) or you can order any non-alcoholic beverage.

If you have never been to Cafe Intermezzo, the atmosphere is very International, known for their selection of Cakes and over 1000 drinks on their menu.

The Perimeter Cafe Intermezzo is easy to find, directly across from The Perimeter Mall, on the other side of Ashford-Dunwoody Road.

Cafe Intermezzo is offering (6) 2oz. tastings: Choices of...Remember, the brand selections change at every tasting.

Chardonnay * Sauvignon Blanc * Pinot Grigio * Riesling * Merlot * Shiraz * Cabernet Sauvignon * and a red blend

They promised, no matter what the label, they will have a great Wine selection. If you know Cafe Intermezzo, you know they have a reputation to uphold.

***List of potential heavy Hors d'oeuvres: "Not all on the list below will be served at one tasting, Cafe Intermezzo has the option to change up the selection at any time. 4-6 food items will be served on the buffet."

*Grilled Chicken Satay.....Grilled chicken Skewers with Asian-style barbecue sauce

*Hummus Platter.....served with warm pita, sliced cucumbers & tomatoes, Kalamata olives & pepperoncini, Choose traditional or spicy

*Seafood Dip.....Shrimp, scallops & crab with Parmesan & cream cheeses, roasted red cayenne & black peppers served with crackers and/or bread

*Spinach-Cheese Dip.....Spinach with Parmesan & cream cheese, roasted red cayenne & black peppers, served with crackers and/or bread

*Crostini.....Italian bread toasted & topped with fresh basil, tomatoes, garlic, onions, mozzarella & Parmesan cheese

*Herb stuffed mushrooms * Quiche * Pot Stickers....ARE Delicious!!
