HELLO FABULOUS SINGLES! Our great Singles group (over 1350 singles strong now, including our original members, who are not on Meetup!) is all about having great times, making new friends or even possibly finding your soul mate for those who are 35+! Atlanta Metro Singles events are varied, held at different venues around town and always fun! Come on out, meet your new friends and join in on the party!
History: In January of 2006, being newly single and new to a different part of Atlanta, I thought I was the only single person on the planet!!! I decided to start a little singles group called Singles of Towne Lake, by placing a few announcements in subdivision newsletters, county publications, etc. At our first meeting, we had 18 people gather together and then the word spread quickly and our group grew like crazy! It has been truly amazing to watch. We now have members from all over metro Atlanta and beyond!
