Yes, I also really enjoyed the Copeland. For some reason, most of his music reminds me of sunny days with cumulus clouds. And I think of my 1st elementary school (K-4.) But I wasn't introduced to Copeland's music until 7th grade. Go figure. The association baffles me. I also liked the Reformation Symphony. Some rousing horns! It is unfortunate more people (in general) weren't there. They did a good job in spite of intonation problems.

Hello. I am a new member of this meetup. Looking forward to meeting new friends. Anyone out there chamber musicians?

    May 14, 2014

    • Andrea

Hi Ken. I'm a flutist. I've been looking for other chamber musicians to play with. Let me know if you have any interest. Cheers.

Hi Andrea, Yes I am interested in playing chamber music with you. Let's wait a bit longer and see if anyone else wants to join in. That way, we can get appropriate music for the proper instrumentation. I have some music for clarinet and flute but not much.

Hi there, unfortunately I've been called into work today and have to cancel my RSVP. Hopefully I'll be able to make another event in the near future.

I just looked at the information about the concert and the "flyer" states that it is a Copeland, Mendelssohn and Mozart concert--there is no mention of Bach

I have never been to this venue. Where should I park my vehicle?

    May 16, 2014

    • Laura K.

I have never been here either. There must be a parking lot for the church.
