Abacus presents Hortonworks Hadoop and RedHat

Good afternoon ATL-RHUG!

Eddie Johnson and Abacus Solutions have very graciously agreed to host and facilitate our May meeting where we will learn about  Hortonworks Hadoop.

Please join us for free food and a tech talk on running Hortonworks Hadoop with RedHat servers. Wes Floyd of Hortonworks will join us to demonstrate a cluster running various workloads and to answer your Hadoop questions.

For your convenience here is a Google Maps Link to the Abacus Headquarters.

Hoping to see you all there,|

n.b. The Android MeetUp App will map the location and feed it to your GPS app and I suspect it will do the same on iPhone.

Good afternoon everyone, I hope you all are looking forward to the Hadoop presentation next week. Unfortunately I will not be able to make it. Eddie Johnson from Abacus Solutions and Dave Carmichael will be hosting at the Abacus headquarters in my absence. Please be sure to RSVP if you will be there so Eddie can be prepared. I think this will be a very interesting session and hate to miss it, I look forward to hearing about this session and seeing you all again in June.
