This month, on Tuesday, July 21st at NOON, the Onsite Renovation Group will be meeting at Mike & Tolla Cherwenka's run down mansion rehab located at 4817 Cascade Road (https://goo.gl/egxCXM) in Atlanta. Come join us as we see the amazing transformation that has taken place at this Million Dollar Mansion. The rehab is almost complete. What was once run down and ugly has now become a beautiful home worth over $1 Million. You don't want to miss this! Thanks Mike & Tolla Cherwenka for allowing us to meet at your mansion!

The Atlanta REIA Onsite Renovation Group (ORG) (http://atlantareia.com/meetings/onsite-renovation-group/), co-hosted this month by Don DeRosa (http://atlantareia.com/biographies/don-derosa/) and Lynn Overall, is an educational and networking group that focuses on the acquisition, renovation and retail resale (fix and flip) of single family residential homes. The purpose of this group is to allow both new and experienced rehabbers and investors to meet, network and share knowledge and experience with "hands on" access to real property. The Onsite Renovation Group meets on the 3rd Tuesday each month at NOON at an active renovation site, build site or rental property which will vary from month to month. There is currently no charge to attend this meeting.
