Atlanta Moms over 30...You waited until your 30's to have children. Perhaps you were busy with your career, or maybe it took you a little long to meet the right guy...whatever.

You've tried meeting other stay at home moms who might share some of your interests, to no avail. Let's face it, you just don't have that much in common with Shelly, the 22 year old new mom. You have so much more to share with people than information on your baby's last bowel movement. Did you just finish a good book? Politics eating at you? Are you a foodie? Wine enthusiast? Like to garage sale? Let's talk!

It's okay if you are under 30 and want to join, as long as you are interesting.

Don't join if you only want to complain about your life.

Looking forward to meeting you!!

Have you ever been to Murphy's? It's a fantastic restaurant in Virginia Highlands (IN TOWN for all of you ITP snobs) that has a great wine shop. They've invited our group (or a least a small group of us) to sample their Thanksgiving menu to go. That's right, this year, you don't have to grocery shop with a screaming child, destroy your kitchen and slave over a hot oven. You can order your Thanksgiving dinner from Murphy's. Read more

“Hi Andrea! Just wanted to tell you about a playgroup I joined and its working out well. Its not really on here, its on facebook. Its named Douglasville Playgroup right now but I think the name is going to change to include a bigger area. Its new and we are meeting in parks so far. The leader, Meagan, is asking everybody to suggest parks in their areas, or other meeting ideas. So go search on Facebook for Douglasville Playgroup if youre interested! PS: Are you from England?”
