Hyakuten Inamoto is a Buddhist monk from Kyoto, Japan who studied Reiki with Chiyoko Yamaguchi, a student of Chujiro Hayashi. Hyakuten is fluent in English, and is noted for his gentle manner and joyous sense of humor.
Internationally known as an authority on Reiki, Hyakuten-sensei has been an invaluable consultant and translator to many authors including "The Reiki Sourcebook" by Bronwen and Frans Stiene, and "Reiki-A Comprehensive Guide" by Pamela Miles.
Komyo Reiki Kai is a system of Traditional Japanese Reiki created by Hyakuten-sensei and presents Reiki as it was understood and commonly practiced in the 1930's in Japan. This system places emphasis on spiritual unfoldment through the practice of Reiki Ryoho (healing art) aiming for "satori" or enlightenment.

This newly developed class is designed to give existing Komyo Shihans the opportunity to deepen their understanding of the Komyo System.
Sensei will give an in-depth recap of every level to help better your understanding of Komyo Reiki Kai. We will also explore avenues on how to better apply the Komyo principles to your existing Reiki classes and practice.
Please dress comfortably. Hot and cold water, and tea will be available along with some light snacks. Lunch will be an hour long break and there are plenty of nearby restaurants you can patronize, or please feel free to bring your own lunch if you prefer. There is a small refrigerator and microwave available on site you can utilize for food heating/storage if necessary.
This is a unique occasion to meet and connect with other Komyo Shihans, share experiences and issues, as well as ask questions and raise concerns directly with the Komyo Reiki Kai founder. Don’t miss this rare opportunity to experience this interactive class and spend some quality time with Sensei.
