May Augmented Manchester Meetup - AR Sneak Preview and Prize Draw

I hope this invitation to the May Augmented Manchester Meetup (https://www.meetup.com/Augmented-Manchester/about/) event finds you well.
Since our last event many things have happened in the world of augmented reality and related technologies. Some of the more notable developments are covered in our blog. Links for these entries are at the foot of this message.
AR Development News... Augmented Experience has been selected by the BBC as for an augmented reality project. We are speaking to several companies about upcoming projects but the stuff we’ve created for the BBC is unique and there will be a sneak preview of what we have produced for them at this Meetup event.
We’ve been speaking with Matt Gaines of QderoPateo, the company behind articulated naturality, and will have the opportunity to visit them in their New York office before the upcoming Meetup event. Unfortunately our trip to Shanghai was cancelled due to the dust cloud that kept all European flights grounded.
The tentative agenda for the May Augmented Manchester Meetup is below:
• Update on QderoPateo and Articulated Naturality Web (pictures/videos/iPhone app)
• More insight on convergence and the future of mobile marketing (how technologies are merging)
• Recent industry news
• Sneak preview of our most recent augmented experience for the BBC
• Enter a drawing for the free development of an augmented experience*
• Open Networking / Collaboration / Food / Drinks
There will be several demonstrations on hand as well as a library of video examples available for those interested in seeing how augmented reality could work for them specifically.
A hot/cold (vegetarian-friendly) buffet will also be provided.

*The AR experience drawing is open only to business members of the Augmented Manchester Meetup group. Freelancers and students are not eligible to enter. The prize consists of one day of 3D development and 1 day of AR coding. The prize also includes configuration and placement of the experience on your website. It should be noted that a traditional glyph (black and white design) will be used in conjunction with this experience. You will be invited to enter the competition when you arrive and the draw will take place near the end of the event and you must be present to win.
