I'm interested in talking to other people who do this to share in some of their experiences.
None really, I just started running on the balls of my feet a few months ago. It is a lot easier on my knee than heal strike running.
I can do about a mile and a half on a treadmill heal strike running, I can do 4 miles if I run on the balls of my feet. I quickly discovered that shoe padding was getting in the way and there was this 'flipflop' effect of the shoe hitting your foot
I need to get some minimalist footware to give it a proper try.
I'm currently recovering from my second ACL surgery and I'm hell bent on being able to run and move like a normal person again.
