To connect with others of like mind and interests.
I was a rebirther in the '70's and witnessed transformation not only with myself but with others as well. I find great value in all forms of breathwork. May we remember to Breathe!!!
There may be workshops that I may be interested in with breathwork and other forms of healing and self discovery. I appreciate websites like this one to keep us informed on the happenings in Austin. Thanks Ed!
I am part of the Breath Elders group and we host groups once a month in Austin and invite people to breathe and heal together. We create a sacred space for this experience. It is always different and always a joy!
The moment we are born we take a breath in and when we leave our bodies we breath out. Life is a series of breaths in between birth and death. The word "Espiritu" in Latin, means both Breath and Spirit. Our breathing patterns govern our emotions of love and fear. To be in a safe, nurturing environment we allow ourselves to use our breath to explore the deeper aspects of ourselves that often remain dorment. It is a tool for going deeper with Self and finding the riches that lie within.
