Meet other people interested in living to be 150 + years old and feeling vital, strong and healthy each and every day while we are doing it. We want to explore all the ideas and concepts about living a long time and the health benefits that come from holding that intent.
At each MeetUp we will be doing some some soft style Qi Gong that focuses on health and longevity. The osft style Qi Gong we practice is I-Fit 150. I-Fit 150 is also our Site Sponsor and it is the system that Lisa and I practice and instruct. Please feel free to join us. You can watch or join in, either is fine. The forms are simple and designed for everyone, no matter what age or activity level you operate at. We'll be sticking around Central Market afterwards for some dinner and conversation. You won't get a big sales pitch or anything from us about I-Fit 150. We have no need to try and convince anybody of anything. The practice speaks for itself. We will be happy to answer any questions and share what we have noticed... if you want to know more. Otherwise we'll just go with the flow.
We do this because it's fun and we added a little I-Fit to our meetups for the same reason. Our experience is that most people like to have fun and learn new stuff. If that sounds like you then please come join us. We love to hang out with like minded people who want to live to be 150 +.
