Joint meetup with ATXDM- Digital Art/Animation Presentation

Sorry for the last-minute announcement, but I thought everyone would want to know about this meetup tomorrow night, hosted by the ATX Design & Media meetup, with a really cool presentation at a cool new coworking office downtown that's letting us meet in their space for free.

Tomorrow evening (Wednesday) at 6pm we'll be gathering at CoCreate, a new coworking space downtown with a big meeting room and a 58" plasma display for us to use. Come see what the newest coworking space in Austin has to offer for artists and creative-types like yourself!

Joining us will be one of our newest members, Daniel Kliewer, who will be giving a presentation of his digital artwork videos. Daniel creates paintings and artwork in Photoshop using a Wacom tablet, while simultaneously capturing his work as he goes with screen recording software. He then uses the recording to create a video of the construction of the artwork, often with multiple views, styles and variations of the same image.

Note that the start time for this meeting is at 6:00, to give people a chance to come early with the downtown parking situation, and to help us finish by 8pm. But the presentation won't start until 6:30 or so.
