This is a group for people who want to learn more about personal finance. It does not matter if you are new to managing your money. Our goal is to increase the financial literacy of our community.

We will talk about investing in real estate, discounted real estate lien notes and silver and gold coins. You can also make money buying and selling collectable cars which can buy for a little as $1,600 and sell for $4K to $5K.

This is not a group for people who want to get rich quick or who want to push a real estate multi-level marketing business as a way to achieve financial freedom. Rather, this is a group dedicated to the basic principles- frugality, saving your money, paying off debt, covering your risk, investing wisely, and creating, then following, a solid financial plan to a better future for yourself and your family.

I teach a different way to calculate your net worth which is truly amazing. And, teach the "loan constant" formula to help you determine which loans to pay off, or not. The loan constant works for broke people who would like to avoid bankruptcy and rich people trying to decide which rent house, boat or car to pay off. I always calculate my loan constants before paying off any debt.

The emphasis will be on small steps taken to achieve concrete goals, risk reduction, and planning. My hope is that you will leave every meeting with more knowledge, more understanding, and tools that you can use to actually move your life in the direction of your dreams.

I've bought and sold over a hundred properties. And, I currently have about fifty rental property which allowed me to retire at age forty-one.
