I got serious about health a few years ago when I was in graduate school. After doing p90x the first time, I really began watching my diet. I'm now gluten-free, I eat mostly veggies, nuts, fruits, eggs and meats. The stresses of daily life, and my spiritual journey have led me to spend a lot of time in nature these past couple years. The more time spent in nature, the more I enjoy "natural movements" as exercise, and eating foods as close to nature as possible.
Exercise: Hiking Running Weights Biking Dancing Diet - I stick primarily with: Veggies Fruits Meats Nuts Organic as often as possible
Get together to make and eat healthy "primal" meals. Get together in nature for hikes, walks and swims.
I'm going to eat at diet with less sugar.
