I turned 30 Feb 18th 2011 and with that birthday came several revelations. At the time I was working as an insurance claims adjuster which had literally taken over my personal life. I took a demotion so that I could focus on ME and not a career that I was not happy with or interested in. So my focus changed to studying and practicing yoga and discovering what it means to eat right. Naturally with my yoga practice I gravitated toward the vegetarian/vegan direction. Fortunately, after only a few months eating vegan I made friends with a co-worker who turned me onto paleo and Sean Croxton's UG Wellness Podcast. Sean's podcast introduced me to Paul Chek and Robb Wolf and many others. Paleo struck with me because it just made sense in the most natural and simple way.
I am primarily interested in Yoga (Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Forrest, Prana Flow...) and Movnat type exercise like running/crawling through the greenbelt and climbing its trees and boulders. I love being outside and experiencing the entire body in motion.
I like to meet up to exercise or eat!! Im also interested in getting more involved with the community and volunteering more.
Currently I work as an insurance sales agent which keeps me trapped inside 8 hours a day 5 days a week. The next step is to get certified to teach yoga and eventually combine that with a Movnat certificate as well. Im also interested in getting CHEK Certified, but one thing at a time.

So far so good. It's nice to find people with common goals. I didn't get to meet everyone but theres always the next meetup.
