I've not been running as much as I'd like, and I would get better about that and meet some nice people.
Ran long-distance track and cross country in jr high and high school. I've been running off and on ever since. In the past several years, I've started enjoying the obstacle course 10K (DFW Mud Run). I'm not well-practiced, but I've got a pretty good amount of training knowledge.
to steady my mind, improve circulation, mediate life, build glycogen stores, improve health, etc
I started running when I was young. I think it's a necessary part of my life.
