Come join Austin Urban Sketchers as we participate in World Wide Sketchcrawl #35! ( http://www.sketchcrawl.com /).

During this event, we join people from all different corners of the world in a day of sketching and journaling and then share the results online. Come for part, or all of the sketchCrawl, as we share Austin with the world one sketch at a time!

9:00am Initial Meet-up morning sketching (Location: SFC Austin Farmers’ Market; Downtown, Republic Square Park)

around Noon Break for lunch After the Farmer's Market we find ourselves in the heart of Austin's 2nd street District with a variety of lunch opportunities and sketching nooks!).

1:00pm - until ? Afternoon sketch crawl (3rd sketch crawl location: After lunch we can continue exploring the 2nd street district or we can extend our stroll towards the S. First St. bridge for an afternoon of sketching views near (or on) the bridge and the Hike/bike trail accompanied by the vibrant sounds of the Austin Reggae Festival @ Auditorium Shores.

7:00 - until ? We'll be rounding out the SketchCrawl day by enjoying an evening @ Threadgill's @ 7:00pm for some down home cooking and sketching. Starting @ 9:00 we can relax (and sketch) to the entertainment of Seth Walker, w/ Carsie Blanton. (15.00 cover). If you're not interested in attending the show, still come out to sketch for a bit from 7-9pm as we wind down WWSC #35, Austin style.

Feel free to join up with the group at any time, take a break then meet-up later, or just come out for the evening sketch session.

There will be a $2 per person charge for this meetup, to go towards meeting the fees for the WEST West Austin Studio Tour catalog listing. We are about 1/6th of the way there to meeting the fees after last Saturday's meetup, so expect the $2 fee for another 5 or so meetups!
