This group is for anyone seeking community support, looking to balance their life, seeking knowledge about the relationship between the mind and the body, stress relief, self care, relief from pain, or simply just to try something new.

Discover and integrate the blocks that are standing in your way of experiencing joy, freedom and connected relationships. Learn how to increase your sense of self through the examination of cognitive processes, bodily sensations and the bi-directional relationship of your body-mind connection. Whether you are struggling with the specific symptoms of a trauma or seeking to expand your capacity to cope with life issues, we believe that we can help. We believe that everyone has an innate capacity for self-healing and we believe that we can provide the opportunity for you to find that ability in yourself.

Each week we will focus on a different chakra and we will identify common psychological concerns that are related to blocked chakra energy. We will create a supportive environment in which to work through life issues while learning more about how to take better care of your emotional self through alternative mindfulness practices and amazing group experiences. We will discuss and explore body based and complimentary therapies such as Somatic Experiencing®, Tibetan Singing Bowl Sound Therapy, Mandalas, and Music Assisted Guided Imagery.
