Ecstatic Dance is an authentic, spontaneous, expressive, meditative movement practice and a great self-directed dance workout! We kick off our shoes and dance as little or as much as we want in a nonverbal safe cool environment.
Enjoy great music that spans time and space in variety and complexity. Bring your friends. All women are welcome.
No experience needed, just a willingness to move and be moved!
