Since I've started this meetup one of the most popular requests from members is to explore more hiking trails and with temperatures quickly soaring, I thought this would be a good event before it got too hot. So come join us on:

Saturday, May 19th, at 10:00 am at Barton Creek Greenbelt

With over 8 miles of lush trails, it has been regarded by many as one of Texas's top hiking spots. This path is used by mountain bikers/hikers/runners/rock-climbers alike and is primarily a dual-track. These trails are good for all skills levels and dogs are welcomed (though leash law is enforced by county law)

We will be meeting at the Greenbelt entrance off of 360 and Mopac (Loop 360 Access) which is in front of an office complex (see picture of the office below). At 10:15AM , we will hike north towards the Twin Falls Access. Please try to arrive no later then 10:10 AM, otherwise you will need to try to catch up with us on the trails. I expect this hike to last about 2-3 hours.
