Bill lives in NW Austin, and has been real estate investing for more than a decade. His background includes experience in wholesale contract assignment, buy & hold rentals, HUD investor homes, fix & flip rehab, short sales and mobile homes. He actively pursues leads and wholesale deals in Austin and surrounding areas including Cedar Park, Lakeway, Round Rock and Georgetown.
