About The Speaker:
Phill Grove is a recovering engineer who officially retired from corporate America on December 15, 2003, after completing his first real estate transaction.
Since then, Phill Grove has participated in over 1,200 real estate transactions totaling more than $200 million!
There’s very little Phill hasn’t seen or experienced. Phill owns ‘Love American Homes’, which is his personal real estate company that focuses on using AMPS, short sales, fix and flips, and any strategy required to solve the problems facing the seller. He is also the president of Austin RENC, the largest real estate networking club in Central Texas that meets regularly on the third Thursday of every month.
In a capitalistic society, businesses are rewarding for providing alternative solutions to solve problems. Competition with banks was the solution to selling houses in these tough time, and a hybrid of owner financing and wholesaling is the simplest solution to the housing crisis. Thus, in late 2010, Phill created a system of educating, marketing, presenting, negotiating, and disclosing of an existing strategy and named his process the Assignment of Mortgage Payments System.
