Prudential RideLondon FreeCycle

Don't miss this family-friendly cycle ride past some of London's most iconic landmarks.

Prudential RideLondon FreeCycle is a chance for all the family to enjoy an eight-mile mass participation ride for 50,000 cyclists around central London on closed roads.

Everyone is welcome, regardless of their age or ability. Riders will be able to cycle the course at any pace and as many times as they like, stopping en route to enjoy a range of bike-based entertainment and activities.

All registrants will receive a free Prudential RideLondon FreeCycle magazine and tabard plus a free goody bag at the Prudential RideLondon Cycling Show at ExCeL London from 1 to 3 August.

This is just one of the exciting cycling events taking place during Prudential RideLondon Event Week.

Unfortunately I'll be at a wedding this weekend up in the midlands, but should be good fun if the weather is nice...
