OpenStack 4th birthday party - Canberra

Let's kick the Canberra meet up group off with a birthday party for OpenStack! OpenStack turns 4 in July, and the OpenStack Foundation has kindly offered to buy us all a round of drinks to celebrate.

Let's get together, have a beer, and work out a plan for local Canberra OpenStack meet ups for the rest of the year.
